JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner?s wife and two children have been produced in the Court by the officials of the Police Station Dhorimanna, District Barmer. The lady expressed that the petitioner has deserted her and is taking no steps to maintain her or the children. We hereby direct the petitioner to ensure that appropriate maintenance is provided to his legally wedded wife and children.
2. The corpus Mst. "K" has been produced in the Court from Nari Niketan, Jodhpur where she has been sent by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2021. On conferring with her, she expressed that she is not desirous of going with the present petitioner and would rather prefer to live with her husband Mangla Ram.
3. In this background, we hereby direct that the corpus Mst. "K" shall be released from Nari Niketan, Jodhpur and shall be allowed to go with her husband Mangla Ram, who is also present in the Court.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
