JUDGMENT
Devendra Kachhawaha, J. - Mrs. Nemi Devi Vishnoi, wife of the petitioner, present-in-person.
1. The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.370/2021, Police Station Chopasani Housing Board, District Jodhpur, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Rajasthan Public Examination act and Section 66D of the IT act.

3. The charge-sheet has been filed in this matter; offences are triable by Magistrate; benefit of bail has been granted to co-accused Chandra Bhakar.
4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application of the accused-petitioner.
