As both the appeals have been filed against the order of dismissal of bail applications of present accused-appellants pertaining to the same FIR, they are being heard and decided by the instant common order.

These appeals have been filed under Section 14A of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 by the appellants in connection with FIR No.55/2022, Police Station Alwar Gate, District Ajmer for the offences under Section 365 of IPC and later on for the offences under Sections 115, 342, 343, 364, 365, 302, 201, 120B & 37 of IPC and Sections 3(2)(V), 3(2)(V)(a) of SC/ST Act, 1989.

Learned counsel for the appellants submit that appeal No.2539/2023 has been filed against the order dated 22.08.2023 passed by the Special Jude, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Cases, Ajmer by which the bail application of Gautam Singh Rao was dismissed and appeal No.2397/2023 has been filed against the order dated 05.08.2023 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Cases, Ajmer by which the bail application of present accused Devendra Kumar Yadav has also been dismissed.
