(2). Briefly stated the relevant facts of the case are that plaintiff-respondent No.1 filed a civil suit for partition and possession against Madan Singh, Prem Singh and others. On the death of Prem Singh, amended suit was filed by the plaintiff and the present petitioners were also brought on record as legal representatives of deceased Prem Singh.
(3). A bare perusal of the contents of the writ petition would reveal that the civil suit for partition and possession was filed by plaintiff-respondent No.1 Smt. Savitri Devi D/o late Shri Dilv
