The appellant/defendant No.1 has filed this review petition in terms of Section 114 read with Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure (for short, CPC) and sought review of the judgment, dated 9th May, 2014, passed by this Court in RSA No.167 of 2001, titled Ranjeet Khanna vs. Chiragu Deen & another, whereby the Regular Second Appeal came to be dismissed.
2. The review petitioner/appellant has sought the review of the judgment mainly on the ground that the property of the review petitioner/defendant No.1 and that of respondent No.1/plaintiff are two different properties, which factum has not been discussed by the trial Court, first appellate Court and also by this Court, while passing the judgment under review.
3. It may be recorded herein that the suit of respondent No.1/plaintiff was decreed by the trial Court and the said judgment was upheld by the First Appellate Court in the first appeal and by this Court in regular second appeal.
