1. With the consent of the parties, hearing of the matter has been done through video conferencing and there is no complaint whatsoever regarding audio and/or video quality.
2. The instant appeal preferred under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent, is directed against the order/judgment dated 15.03.2021 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court in writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 864 of 2021, wherein the issue raised pertains to issuance of following directions as per the prayer made in the writ petition which read as under:
