1. The instant Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred against the award dated 30.04.2022 passed by the learned Principal District Judge-cum- Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhanbad in Motor Accident Claim Case No.261 of 2018, whereby the learned Tribunal has directed the appellant- Insurance Company to pay Rs.89,05,359/- to the claimants with simple interest @ 7.5% from the date of filing of claim petition till its realization within 30 days from the date of receipt of the judgment.
