JUDGMENT :
SUJIT NARAYAN PRASAD, J.
1. The instant appeal has been filed under Section 19(1) of the FAMILY COURTS ACT , 1984 against the judgment dated 29.04.2019 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro in Title (Matrimonial) Suit No. 239 of 2012 whereby and whereunder, the suit for declaring the marriage in between the appellant and the respondent as nullity under Section 12 (1)(b) of the HINDU MARRIAGE ACT , 1955, has been dismissed.
