JUDGMENT :
SUJIT NARAYAN PRASAD, J.
I.A. No. 10086 of 2025:
1. The instant interlocutory application has been filed under Section 430 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for keeping the sentence in abeyance in connection with the judgment of conviction dated 21.02.2023 and order of sentence dated 27.02.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Jamshedpur in Session Trial No. 367 of 2016 arising out of Bi–stupur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2015, whereby and whereunder, the appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life along with fine of Rs. 10,000/- for the offence punishable under Sections 302 /120-B
