Heard the parties.
2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding including the order taking cognizance dated 21.03.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal in connection with Complaint Case No.759 of 2022 whereby and where under the learned Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Section 418, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the accused persons of the said case including the petitioner.
