1. The order of rejection dated 13.07.2018, rejecting the claim of the writ petitioner for compassionate appointment is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The father of the writ petitioner was employed as Driver in the respondent Corporation and expired on 06.08.2006, while he was in service. The Mother of the writ petitioner had not submitted any application seeking appointment on compassionate grounds. Since, she was illiterate at the time of the death of the deceased employee, the writ petitioner was a minor and was aged about 12 years.
