(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records of the Impugned Order dated 25.06.2015 in Review Petition Na.Ka.9825/2014 A2 & Review Petition No.24/2014 A2 passed by the 1st Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner in the post of Sales Man.)
1. The order of termination issued against the writ petitioner, which was confirmed by the Revisional Authority under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, in proceedings dated 25.06.2015 is under challenge in the present writ petition.
