JUDGMENT
(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent proceedings NO.B2/16762/2013-3 dated 29.05.2014, to quash the same and issue consequential direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue as Forest Range Officer.
