JUDGMENT

(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent proceedings NO.B2/16762/2013-3 dated 29.05.2014, to quash the same and issue consequential direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue as Forest Range Officer.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith process the pension proposals of the petitioner and to peacefully retire him from service in the post of Forest Range Officer on 31.07.2015 AN, notwithstanding and without reference to the pendency of W.P.No.14573/2014 in the absence of any other impediment and to grant him all consequential retirement and pensionary benefits.)
