ORDER :

Prayer: Transfer CMP is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw O.S.No.300 of 2017 from the file of Sub-ordinate Judge, Karur and transfer the same to the file of IV Additional Sub-Judge, Coimbatore to be tried along with OS.No.893 of 2017.

The petitioner states that the respondent instituted a suit for recovery of money based on the Promissory Note in O.S.No.300 of 2017. It is contended that the other three suits filed for various relieves are now pending before the Court at Coimbatore including O.S.No.893 of 2017 filed by the Son-in-law of the petitioner.

2.In view of the fact that other three suits of the parties are pending before the Court at Coimbatore, the suit instituted by the respondent is also to be transferred to Coimbatore to enable the parties to adjudicate the issues on merits.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the O.S.No.300 of 2017, pending on the file of the Sub-ordinate Judge, Karur, stands transferred to the IV Additional Sub-Judge, Coimbatore to be tried along with O.S.No.893 of 2017.
