JUDGMENT
(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to perform the program of Adal Padal Program on 29.03.2023 night at about 6.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m at Veerasingampettai Village, Arulmigu Sri Mariyamman Temple, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District, and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner''s representation dated 24.03.2023.)
1. The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to perform the program of Adal Padal Program on 29.03.2023 night at about 6.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m at Veerasingampettai Village, Arulmigu Sri Mariyamman Temple, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District, and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner''s representation dated 24.03.2023.
2. Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
