JUDGMENT
(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to perform the programe of Adal Padal programe on 26.04.2023 night at about 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m at Pavithram Village, Kurumbapatti, Arulmigu sri Mariamman Temple, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District and to provide adequate police protection based on petitioner representation dated 18.04.2023.)
1. This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to perform the programe of Adal Padal programe on 26.04.2023 night at about 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m at Pavithram Village, Kurumbapatti, Arulmigu sri Mariamman Temple, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District and to provide adequate police protection based on petitioner representation dated 18.04.2023.
2. Mr.R.Sureshkumar, learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
