1. The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to perform of Karagattam Programme to be celebrated on 31.03.2023 on the basis of the petitioner''s representation dated 22.03.2023 in connection with the Panguni Utsav Festival at Sri Uchini Maha Kaliamman Temple Festival, A.D.Colony, Kulamangalam, Madurai District.
2. Mr.P.Kottaichamy , learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
