This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal cultural program on 18.04.2023 at about 07.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m in pursuant to the pongal festival conducted by the Arulmigu Sri Muthumariamman Temple at Kamarajapuram, Thammanayakkanpatti, R.R.Nagar, Virudhunagar District, consider the petitioner''s representation dated 11.04.2023.
