The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the Aadal Paadal dance program on 01.05.2023 at about 6.30 p.m. in Arulmigu Sabari Vara Mariamman Temples situated at Enampuliyur, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioners representation dated 24.04.2023.
2. Mr. R.Sureshkumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
