JUDGMENT
(Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in letter R.No.24212/R2/2011 dated 18.4.11 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Assistant in the Transport Dept. by taking into consideration the service rendered by him as Typist in the Police Dept. from 14.11.2006 to 19.08.2009 and grant him promotion with all consequential service and monetary benefits.)
1. The petitioner filed the writ petition for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to set aside the order dated 18.04.2011 made by the 1st respondent Transport Corporation and to further direct the respondents to give him promotion by taking into consideration the past service rendered by him as a Typist in the police department from 14.11.2006 to 19.08.2009 and to grant all consequential service and monetary benefits.
