Prayer in W.P.No.117 of 2018: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to ROC.No.97888-A/2017/F2 in P.Dis.No.119 of 2017 dated 29.12.2017 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and to direct the 1st respondent to pass and number all cases filed in the Court, strictly in accordance with the extant rules, excluding the provisions of the impugned circular.

Prayer in W.P.No.118 of 2018: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in Notification No.3 of 2018 dated 29.12.2017 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent, unconstitutional and wholly without jurisdiction and forbear the 1st respondent from issuing any notification contrary to the statutory rules framed under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and the Appellate Side Rules.
