The petitioner has approached this Court that his representation, seeking permission and police protection for conducting cultural events, Karakattam on 10.06.2025 and Adal Padal programme on 11.06.2025 in connection with Arulmigu Patira Kali Amman Kovil temple festival at Vasudevanallur, Tenkasi District, has not been considered by the respondents.

The petitioner claims that he is a Member of festival committee of Arulmigu Patira Kali Amman Kovil temple festival at Vasudevanallur, Tenkasi District and according to him, the villagers have decided to conduct cultural events, Karakattam on 10.06.2025 and Adal Padal programme on 11.06.2025 in connection with Arulmigu Patira Kali Amman Kovil temple festival and therefore, they have submitted a representation to the respondents on 02.06.2025.
