JUDGMENT :
These appeals are directed as against the Judgment passed in S.C.No.19 of 2017, dated 06.11.2025, on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram District. thereby convicting the appellants for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 302, 341, 34 read with 302, 201 and 212 of I.P.C and under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act .
