1. The petitioner has filed this application seeking following reliefs:
And to pass any other order/orders as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."
2. The background facts leading to filing of this case are that the petitioner got married on 11.05.2018 to one Iteshree Choudhury on the mediation of his brother-in-law (Sadhu). But, immediately after two days of the marriage, the petitioner in his house found his wife in a compromise mode along with his brother-in-law (Sadhu), who is a police officer working at Governor House.
