ORDER :

1. The matters have been remanded by the Hon’ble Supreme Court after condoning the delay in filing the writ appeal.

2. On several occasions, the matters have been listed, the learned Senior Advocates appearing for the respondents express their anxiety submitting that the respondents have retired from services, and they are awaiting pension.

3. Though the matters have been listed for orders. It is agreed at the bar that the matters shall be heard.

4. List for admission on 19th January, 2026. On the said date, the efforts shall be made for hearing the matters.
