JUDGMENT :

1. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to compel Axis Bank Ltd. to permit her independent operation of a jointly held “Either or Survivor” account by closing or converting it, citing urgent financial needs, alleged economic abuse, and her status as a senior citizen.

2. The brief facts of the case are as follows:
