S.S. Mishra, J.
1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 05.04.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Cuttack in T.R. Case No.30 of 2017, whereby his application for discharge has been turned down.
2. The petitioner is one of the accused in the F.I.R. in connection with Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.35 of 2014 registered for the alleged commission of the offences punishable under Sections 13 (2) r/w Section 13 (1)(d) of the P.C. Act and Section 120 -B of the IPC .
3. After the investigation, the charge sheet has been filed for the alleged commission of the offences punishable under Sections 13 (2) r/w Section 13 (1)(d) of the P.C. Act and Section 120 -B of the IPC .
