Arvind Singh Sangwan, J. - Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.177 dated 25.04.2022, registered under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (in short 'the NDPS Act') at Police Station Rai, District Sonepat and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
