1. As the main case is listed for today, the present application seeking early hearing of the case has become infructuous.

2. In the present Regular Second Appeal, the challenge is to the judgment and decree of the trial Court dated 04.12.2014 by which the suit filed by the appellants-plaintiffs seeking the retiral benefits in respect of the service rendered by Harbhajan Singh was dismissed as well as to the order dated 09.05.2019 passed by the lower Appellate Court to the extent that though appellants No. 2 and 3 were held entitled for the retiral benefits in respect of the service rendered by Harbhajan Singh in paragraph 14 of the said judgment of lower appellate court but as per paragraph 15 of the judgment, the appeal was dismissed, which has led to the filing of the present Regular Second Appeal.

3. It may be noticed that when the present regular second appeal came up for hearing before the Coordinate Bench on 30.10.2019, the same had already been dismissed qua appellant-plaintiff No.1 namely Paramjit Kaur and the present appeal only subsists qua the other two appellants namely Harpreet Kaur as well as Rajp
