1. The present appeal has been filed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 28/30.09.2004 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Rohtak.

2. The FIR was registered on 29.09.2001, the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the Additional Session Judge, Rohtak is dated 28/30.09.2004, the appeal was filed on 07.02.2005 and the matter is being taken up for hearing now i.e. after a period of more than 23 years from the date of registration of the FIR.
