JUDGMENT
Ryves, J. - I agree with the reasons given by the learned Sessions Judge and quash the commitment to Sessions. I send the case back to the District Magistrate of Gorakhpur, who will depute a Magistrate competent to try it other than Mr. Bhadkamkar. Let the papers be returned.
