The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-husband against the impugned judgment and decree dated 16.08.2022 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital in Civil Case No. 02/2017 “Shri Bhupendra Pant v. Smt. Neelam Pant”.
2. The marriage of the parties was solemnized on 03.02.1991. There is no child from the marriage, and both the parties are living separately since 1999. The marriage between the parties is a dead marriage in view of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
