By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:-
(ii) Any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Tyagi, Kali Ram and Teerath Singh (“the defendants”) for permanent injunction (“the suit”) regarding land Khasra No.170, situated in Village Saidpura, Mewarkala, District Haridwar (“the disputed land”).
