Shukla, J.--
1. Heard on I. A. No. 2161/2019, which is an application for condonation of delay of 215 days in filing the present writ appeal. It is stated in the application that after the order dated 13.4.2018 passed by the learned Single Bench dismissing the writ petition (W. P. No. 19334/2013), the petitioner/appellant preferred a review petition (R. P. No. 867/2018) which was also dismissed on 23.1.2019. Thus, the appellant was prosecuting the remedy of appeal and the delay caused in filing the present appeal is bonafide.
2. Considering the averments made in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, the I. A. No. 2161/2019 is allowed and the delay in filing the writ appeal is condoned.

4. The present intra-Court appeal takes an exception to the order passed by the learned Single Bench in W. P. No. 19334/2013 and also the order dated 23.1.2019 passed in the review petition.
