ORDER
1. This petition under section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the following relief :-
“It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that the petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed and the respondents may kindly be directed to conclude the investigation under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code with crime No.459/2021 with the police Station Maharajpura, District Gwalior within stipulated time. Further compensation may kindly be granted in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that on the complaint made by the petitioner, Crime No.459/2021 has been registered by Police Station Maharajpura, District Gwalior for offence under sections 420 of IPC.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
4. So far as the prayer made by the petitioner for issuing a direction to the police to arrest the accused persons is concerned, the same cannot be granted.
5. The Supreme Court in the case of D. Venkatasubramaniam v. M.K. Mohan Krishnamachari reported in (2009) 10 SCC 488 has held as under :-
