ORDER
1. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following relief:-
“1. That the respondent be directed to conclude the investigation soonly within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court so the petitioner may able to give her statement or protest the case with fearless atmosphere.
2. That, the respondent state authorities also directed to submit status report what action they have taken after registering the offence and also call the MLC report for establishing the offence.
3. That, the cost of the litigation may also be awarded.
4. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted to the petitioner.”
2. It is the case of the petitioner that Crime No.371/2021 has been registered on her complaint.
3. So far as the prayer made by the petitioner for issuing a direction to the police to arrest the accused persons is concerned, the same cannot be granted.
4. The Supreme Court in the case of D. Venkatasubramaniam v. M.K. Mohan Krishnamachari reported in (2009) 10 SCC 488 has held as under :-
