ORDER
Indrajit Mahanty, C.J. - Present petition is filed in public interest under article 226 of the constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:
(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside Section 11 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 for the same being ultravires oof the Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct Respondent no 2 to disclose information that may be sought by the Petitioner regarding the Greens Zoological Rescue and Rehabilitation Kingdome or any such private set-up without alerting/giving notice to such party.
(c) Any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
(d) For the cost of this Petition.
2. It is the case of the Petitioner that native and smuggled wildlife species find their way either in a government or privately owned zoological park/rescue centre/rehabilitation centre. Petitioner further submits that fauna species that ends
