1. In this order I am considering the Company Petition Nos. 13, 14, 15, and 16 of 2009 filed by Maharaj Devraj and Rajkumari Lalitya Kumari, the son and the daughter, respectively of late Maharaj Jagat Singh S/o late Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Ji of Jaipur and his third wife, namely, Maharani Gayatri Devi ('the Rajmata') against Jai Mahal Hotels (P.) Ltd. and others ; against Rambagh Palace Hotels (P.) Ltd. and others ; against SMS Investment Corporation (P.) Ltd. and others ; against Sawai Madhopur Lodge (P.) Ltd. and others. Attracting the provisions of section 111 of the Companies Act, 1956 ('the Act'). The petitioners have filed these petitions against the respondent-companies and other respondents for non-transmission/non-transfer of the shareholding of their late father, namely, Maharaj Jagat Singh in the following companies. The shareholding of late Maharaj Jagat Singh ('the deceased') on the date of his death on 5th February, 1997 in these companies was as under :
