ORDER :

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also heard Mr.B.Jithender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for EPFO, appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking the prayer as under:

“to issue any order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order declaring the POHIBITORY ORDER (Under section 8F of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous provisions Act, 1952) of the 1st respondent Dt.06.10.2023 addressed to the Respondent No.4 whereby the Respondent No.4/Bank is ordered to remit/pay immediately on receipt of the impugned order an amount of Rs.75,54,519/- (Rupees seventy five lakhs fifty four thousands five hundred nineteen only) or such sum standing to the credit of the Petitioner Mr.Kati Venkanna Proprietor of M/s.SUSHMA GROUP OF TECHNICAL & MANPOWER AGENCY, having the PF Code No.AP/HYD/1006250 in any/all of the bank accounts being maintained by the Respondent No.4/Bank linked to petitioners PAN No.ACDFS7632P also freezing the Bank Accounts of the Petitioner A/C Nos. 32735919169 of SBI, V.T Road Branch, Suryapet, Telangana and Ac.No.62452580052 of SBI, Shivajinag
