This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“….by calling for the records relating to any connected with Proceedings No. 465/RP/II/2017 dated 09.10.2023 and set aside the same holding it absolutely illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent to appoint the Petitioner as Physiotherapist pursuant to the Notification No. 58/2017 dated: 08.11.2017 if necessary, by setting aside the appointment of the 5th Respondent or in the alternate by creating a supernumerary post as held by Pradhans case or in any of t
