1. The applicant has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -

a) “Quash order no.337 of 2021 dated 05.06.2021 issued by respondent no.3 to the extent it grants promotion to the applicant to the post of Selection Grade Constable (Driver) w.e.f. 05.06.1992 notionally instead of monetarily, then as Head Constable (Driver) w.e.f. 09.06.1997 notionally instead of monetarily and monetarily w.e.f. 04.01.2021.

b) Quash Order no. 40 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022 issued by respondent no.2 to the extent it grants promotion to the applicant to the post of Head Constable Driver notionally w.e.f. 06.06.1997 and monetarily w.e.f 01.4.2021.

c) Quash Order no. 3125 of 2021 dated 12.10.2021 issued by respondent no. 2 to the extent it grants promotion to the applicant to the post of Assistant Sub Inspector (Driver) w.e.f. 30.12.2009 notionally instead of monetarily.

d) Direct the respondents to grant all the three promotions viz.; promotion to the post of Selection Grade Constable w.e.f. 05.06.1992, Head Constable (Driver) w.e.f. 01.06.1997; and Assistant Sub Inspector w.
