1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 02.08.2024 seeking information on the following points:

 I am writing to request information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 , regarding the pension of my late father, Sh. P.C. Gupta. He was a former Haryana government employee with Pension Payment Order (PPO) order no. 072776-S/HR (Pension Savings account no. ********0163, Bank of India, Sector-16, Panchkula Branch). My father unfortunately passed away on March 19, 2022.

In the light of his passing, I would like to request the following information:

1. The current status of my father's pension disbursement.

2. The specific eligibility criteria for a divorced spouse to receive a family pension under the Haryana Government pension rules.

3. Confirmation of whether my mother, Smt. Veena Gupta, who was divorced from my father on November 30, 2017, by a decree from the Hon'b
