฀.A. 107 of 2024 is filed u/s 5 Limitation Act praying for condonation of 288 days’ delay in preferring the appeal against the order dated 22.05.2023 passed by the learned DRT-฀, Hyderabad whereby e-auction sale conducted by the bank was set aside and bank was directed to refund the amount to the auction purchaser with 9% interest simple.
