This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Sri Nanda Chakladar, challenging the Judgment dated 02.07.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.1, Nagaon in Criminal Appeal No. 65/2014 and thereby affirming the Judgment and Order dated 20.09.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagaon in D. V. Case No. 128 of 2013 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 .

3. The facts in brief are that the petitioner and the respondent No.1 were married sometime in the year 1997 and out of the wed-lock 3 (three) daughters were born and they have been living together as husband and wife along with their children. Subsequently, certain disputes arose between the husband and wife. It is the contention of the petitioner husband that the wife maintained illicit relationship with another person. The petitioner even alleged that on a particular date they were found in a compromising situation. And b
