2. This is an appeal under S.15 of the Consumer Protection Act , 1986, challenging the judgment passed by the learned District Commission, Golaghat, dated 23.5.2013 in CPC No. 2/2007. The appeal was filed by the United Bank of India through its Regional Office at Jorhat and the Branch Office at Golaghat both impleaded as opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 and the respondent No. 2 in this appeal as opposite
