Modification of Judgment dtd. 27/03/2026 in R/CR.A/569/2010 ORDER DATED: 20/04/2026

ORAL ORDER

Perused the note for speaking to minutes; the same is allowed.

In the judgment dated 27-03-2026, in paragraph 1 (6th line) and paragraph 12 (4th line), the Special (ACB) Case number shall be read as “Special (ACB) Case No. 18 of 1995” instead of “Special (ACB) Case No. 08 of 2004”, and the date of judgment and order shall be read as “29-01-2010” instead of “27-09-2012”.

Further, on the first page, in paragraph 1 (8th line), the provisions shall be read as “Sections 7, 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act” instead of “Sections 7 and 15 of the Prevention of Corruption Act”.

The rest of the judgment shall remain unaltered. Fresh writ be issued accordingly.
