JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers:

i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order by call for the records leading to the issuance of exhibit P5order and set aside the same as illegal.

ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the first respondent to receive the petitioner's application in Form 6 without insisting to submit the application in Form 5 on the basis of the judgments of this honourable court in Basil versus Local Level Monitoring Committee reported in 2024(1) KLT 6 and also in Line Properties versus Revenue Divisional Officer reported in KLT 2025(2) KLT 348as the petitioner's property has been included in the data bank as filled with Arecanut trees five year before 2008 and the property has been classified as converted land in the KSREC Report.

iii. Declare that there is no necessity to submit application in Form 5 by the petitioner and the application in Form 6 is sufficient in respect of the property of the petitioner, as the property is a converted one in the data bank and the KSREC Report.

iv. Such other writ, order or direction which this Honorable Court may deem fit and
