JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“1. To issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading to Ext.P8 and declare that properties within Re.Sy.No.440/2 measuring 4.07 Ares at Maradu Village, Thiruvankulam, Kanayannur Taluk, Ernakulam, Kerala, is 'Garden /Dry/Purayidom’ land;

2. Direct the 1st Respondent to issue orders to 2nd and 3rd Respondents, to make necessary correction in the BTR and revenue records showing Petitioner’s property within Re.Sy.No.440/2 measuring 4.07 Ares at Maradu Village, Thiruvankulam, Kanayannur Taluk, Ernakulam, Kerala, in Thandapper No.4805 of Maradu Village as "Garden/Dry land”

properties; and

3. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of this case including the cost of this Writ Petitioner in the interest of justice.” [SIC]
