JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. Call for the records leading to Ext.P5 order dated 6.03.2025 and issue a writ of certiorari quashing the same finding that as it is against illegal.
ii. Declare that the property of the petitioners lying in re- survey No.298/13 of Vallicode village, Kozhencherry taluk, Pathanamthitta district is a dry land and it is wrongly included in the data bank as paddy land.
iii. issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or direction, directing the respondents to carryout necessary changes in the Data Bank and remove the petitioner’s property from the data bank.
iv. Pass such other orders as this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
v. To dispense with the translation of documents in vernacular language.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the 2nd respondent rejecting the Form–5 application submitted by her under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules , 2008 (‘Rules’, for brevity). The main grievance of the petitioner is that the authorised officer has not considered the contentions of the petitioner.
