JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs: “i) To issue a writ of certiorari or any writ or appropriate order calling for the record leading up to Ext. P11, scrutinize and quash Ext. P11, in the interest of justice.

(ii) To issue a mandamus or any writ or appropriate order directing the respondents permitting the petitioner to change the nature of land by allowing Exhibit P7 Form 5 application in respect of the property lying in Re-

surveyNo.272/14/1 of Vallikode Village.

(iii) To dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents.

(iv) to issue such other further reliefs as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case. ”[SIC]

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the 2^nd respondent rejecting the Form–5 application submitted by her under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules , 2008 (‘Rules’, for brevity). The main grievance of the petitioner is that the autho
